The future of founding leaf-cutter ants from the genre atta, acromyrmex, and trachymyrmex is here. Our leaf-cutter set up handles everything for you. Just add 10mL of water, connect the nest to an outworld, and you're ready to go! A block of gypsum within acts as a sponge, retaining water and providing humidity for weeks at a time without the need for any repeat watering! A mesh within keeps fungi safely elevated away from actually touching any water, while our covering provides the ants with the privacy they need to feel right at home.

Note: This set up is recommended for founding any leaf-cutter species and growing them until their fungi takes up the entirety of the cube. However, for atta, we recomend moving them to a set up with a larger tubing size once they have filled the chamber with fungi.

Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery on unused items — return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement. All products are covered by a 1-year warranty against damage under normal ownership, including accidental breakage. Unauthorized modifications are not covered.
