Returns & Warranty Policy

At Crawlspace Habitats, we take pride in the quality of our formicaria and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, the following policy describes your options. Please read it carefully before initiating a return or warranty claim.

Standard Returns

We accept returns on unused, unmodified items in their original condition within 28 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Return window: 28 days from the date of delivery.
Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: A refund will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Reporting window: Damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Documentation required: Please email us at contact@crawlspacehabitats.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a free replacement at no cost to you. In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item. For high-value claims or in cases of repeated issues, we reserve the right to request the original item before issuing a replacement.

Warranty

Crawlspace Habitats stands behind its products with a 1-year warranty covering most damage, including accidents.

Coverage: This warranty covers damage or failure of any kind during normal ownership, including manufacturing defects, accidental breakage, scratching of acrylic, delamination, and broken connectors or fittings.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized modifications to the product.
Remedy: Please email us at contact@crawlspacehabitats.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the damage. If a valid warranty claim is approved, Crawlspace Habitats will replace the defective or damaged item or component. For high-value claims, we reserve the right to request the original item before issuing a replacement.
