Shipping, Returns & Warranty
We ship domestically via USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. International shipping to Canada is available via USPS First Class Package International and Priority Mail International.
Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery on unused items — return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement. All products are covered by a 1-year warranty against damage under normal ownership, including accidental breakage. Unauthorized modifications are not covered.
